SBD Series Schenck Scale Reduction Gearbox
SBD series special reducer is a new type of transmission device designed for SBD machinery.
It is a planetary cycloid deceleration drive for the former deceleration, spiral bevel gears for the slow down after the combination of straightening.
The output is the hole, also makes the models get as small as possible in dimensions. It also adopts bearing steel (Gcr15) quenched, the hardness is HRC58-62. Spiral beveled gear applied the high-quality carburized steel (20Cr Mo Ti). After the carburizing, quenching, the hardness could reach to HRC58-62.
The SBD gearbox is widely used in metallurgy, cement, steel, mining, coal, chemical and other industries on the speed scale.
